I had fallen off grid and stopped tracking after February due to which I gained a lot. Last month started retracking and exercise now today back to 169.9 lbs today. Now I will keep updating my progress every week here.

This is the last week so I am doing an early retrospect for July. For Green Challenge my target was 5 lbs.
