What program are you running? What are your goals? How long have you been working out? What progress have you made so far?

Change your routine to something more suitable for your lifting level. Running something like Starting Strength, SL 5x5, or even ICF 5x5 will have you hitting PRs during pretty much every workout on all the big lifts ( bench, squat, deadlift, row, overhead press)

I'm on a clean bulk (during the weekdays) right now too. 4,000 calories/day. Not sure if there's any point in eating clean at that amount of cals but I dont hate it. Popcorn? My first job at the AMC movie theater ruined popcorn for me :( lol

Lol not Really sure how to respond to this. Takes about 30 minutes to sign up at the Y and about 5 to see that they offer cycling classes. Oh and 30 seconds to text me about it Lol maybe I should have made classes singular As we've only been to one together? Haha

Stretching directly after workouts will help tremendously w DOMS (soreness), foam rolling also helps, and finally water aerobics helps as well.
