I had surgery over two years ago. I went down to benching 100lbs now I can do 3 sets of 10 of 135lb on my chest days, I've even got one set of 10 of 145! I know it takes time. In regards to all your posts on C4. All I feel to is a tingle in my face. What is C4 suppose to do, also are there any stronger better pre work outs. I don't feel a pump, I don't feel I can lift more or stay longer, pre work out or not I stay the same it seems?

Thanks for the help! I bumped my calories back up to 1800 a day and working out less with the cardio. Only burning a few hundred a day now. And everyone else thanks for the tops!

How fast can we lose water weight. I'm trying a new diet, where are you eating more low calorie intake foods. Apples, salads, berries, chicken, fish. I know in Apple is a better choice and a bag of potato chips. My only problem is I feel bloated afterwords and heavier on the scale.

What if you eat fruit like apples and salads a lot. So like most people say, try to stay away from those bad days. Also is it healthy or ok to basically fill up your days calories with less calorie dense foods. Lite soups, certain fruits and veggies, fish, chicken.

How would the elliptical take all day? I use the elliptical 4/5xs a week. I burn between 1300/1500 an hour. Keep a steady pace, don't get off the machine for the hour, watch tv, and see the results?

I appreciate the advice. And no I won't fall off any wagon. I usually stick to 1900-2000 daily but I want to lose 10 pounds quick so I'm going to eat 1500 a day to lose quick and then jump to 2000 again
