I've fasted before. I never did intermittent though. I went three days no food and sis that 3 times in the course of a month. To me that was tough but I did like it after day two and how relaxed and focused I felt. In regards to IF it sounds like all I'm really doing is eating one big meal a day?

There's something wrong with eating at night when you know you've had your calories for the day that's all. My body needs to realize that I have always over indulged and that's not going to happen anymore. Thanks for the help. In regards to 1000, that's to low. Il be sticking to 1600. Thanks again

I can look up supplements, what's wrong with that. They wouldn't make so many if some weren't healthy? For fuel, my body gets fuel and I still have enough fat left that my body can just eat of that if it's hungry. My body needs to weind off sweets and realize it's not ok to eat at 11-12am. You messed something up that's all. Wow 1000 a day awesome and I try to do the gym 8-10xs a week. Twice a days usually. How do you get over night hunger? I feel I can eat 1000 all day and I'm fine but come 11-12am at night I'm starving. Any supplements or teas you take to stop cravings?

My daily calories are 1900. I wanted to try for 1600 and eat back half my work out calories now! It's just I still have this urg. Maybe I can save up 100-300 for 10pm-12am as a just incase. I don't wanna wake at 12 and eat candy, but an apple or something ok sure

No way. I am never tired by that time. Honestl I snow plow. Worked from 4am to 10pm and still went to the gym right after, then gone and watched tv until 12. So even being up all day and working all day I'm not a tired man lol :/

You know I do. I usually save all except maybe 100 or to until around 7-8pm then il have dinner, basically my meal of the day. Then after like 10-11-12 I get hungry again but not for chicken dinner but something sweet :/ like I said I have up most sweets but I'm sure a bowl of lucky charms isn't great

Haha I can't. I don't no what it is but I can get up at 7am sleep by 12:30am and good for 7am the next day. Sleeps not so good with me due to my pain :/

I wouldn't go under 1500 a day ever and if I did by exercise id eat it back to be over 1500 always But i will eat more like I said I'd eat 1900-2000 what ever is a good balance with weight loss, so I can see some more results. Also I work ojt daily so I'm trying to get my muscles stronger and possibly bigger

That's not what I was asking. Ok so is 2000 a day good to lose some weight but also keep my muscle I wouldn't want to lose that so even if I had to only lose 1 pound a week that's fine

It says I should eat 1900 cal. So if I lose 500, I should be back to 50. That would be 1650 cal a day. OK I can do that, is that going to affect my muscle in a negative way
