I'm ok losing fat and muscle. You can always regain muscle and I certainly work out enough to get it back. Il take that 5+lb lose! When I'm feeling better I'm going to stick to my calorie deficit so I won't gain it back! Thanks everyone you e all been helpful

Honestly I don't find you helpful or funny. I do appreciate all the advice given and I'm not an idiot at the gym, nor am I a fool with my money. I would never buy a product until others recommend it. I found out CREATINE is worthy. So wouldn't there be others aswell?

No I have not. I asked about C4 and CLA I already have a trainer and a sports Medicin Doctor. The problem is people ver off the question at hand which was asking about safe or any Usefull suppliments for gym use. You have yet to mention a single one. No help

One yes but my goals are to become stronger again. I work out 4xs a week with weights. I slowly have been increasing in weight and in proud. However what suppliments do you recommend to help boost my testosterone or to help give me that bigger pump at the gym.
