Try body weight exercises. Improves strength and work core. Use a fitball for balance

Try using a fitball for as many exercises as you can. Either sat upright or lying down. Increases core too. There are so many levels you can work to. Like isolating one sie of the body to lift. One leg off the floir increses core workout as you have to balance.

Bodywight is far the best workout. Yes read 'you are your own gym' then try and make your own routine and exercises. I use a fitball to increase core strength. In one week shed 5lbs and 1% bodyfar. And ive not even trained hard, starting that after my trip to lisbon this weekend. Keep a diary and dont train too much. Rest…
