Lost it all

Well aftwr years of keeping fit in the last 3 i have lost everything. Today i start a year of health and fitness. Healthy eating. Bodyweight training. Im doing it as scientifically as possible with meal plans, training schedules and no beer.

    Im an ex rugby player. Ran marathons could do almost anything fitness wise. Now it is all about starting again.
