Well aftwr years of keeping fit in the last 3 i have lost everything. Today i start a year of health and fitness. Healthy eating. Bodyweight training. Im doing it as scientifically as possible with meal plans, training schedules and no beer.

Calisthenics for me
After years of rugby and weight training im changing to calisthenics. Body weight training. Plus out on my bike and hard hill walks. No more running. Im going to keep a diary and video blog too.

46 year do going to be fit again
Hi all. After a few years out of sport i let myself go. I'm now going to go for 25% body fat and 14 stone. That's 10% and 16lbs to lose. I can help others as I am a trained conditioner. I just lost my way so know how easy it is to put 9th weight.
