Bolthouse has good organic options. I like the carrot juice or the protein mixes if I'm out and need food. Carrot juice is a really good option for breastfeeding or pregnant women.

Go see your doctor. Get your thyroid checked, have blood work done for diabetes, and read the full label on your medications. Your medications could be at fault if they've changed in the last two years. Also look into a binge-eaters anonymous group.

Honestly, I like the Apple watch. It measures my pulse along with my activities so the calories burn is more accurate. It's also linked in to every app I could want.
