I take a multivitamin with added iron. I take booting for my hair and nails and if I feel particularly boggy I'll take the tesco slimming aid. Tbf all I find it does is makes going to the toilet easier and that helps me feel less sluggish

I get tested every few months. Iron is my usual issue. I've had therapy for it and it got me eating carrots....they're soft all the way through very much like potatoes and sweet but not too sweet

Well I am limited in what u can eat and I don't hit all my nutrient goals hardly ever! I take a multivitamin daily with added iron and that helps. Try a mixture of being strict and letting go

Exercise bike for sure. Make sure its on a carpeted area. I have one and 3 kids and they don't hear it when I do hiit intervals on it x
