It is for me. I always weigh 3-4 pounds less in the afternoon than in the morning.

I have the next three weeks logged already, lol. My mom's birthday weekend is the weekend of the 30th. Then mother's day the following weekend. So there'll be some big restaurant meals coming up that I have to bank calories for. So I prelogged everything to get a handle on the situation.

My mother and I often order sweet potatoes instead of regular baked potatoes with our steak at restaurants. We eat the salad and steak as our meal and the sweet potato is dessert.

The bottom line is this is supposed to be a sustainable lifestyle change. If you enjoy eating at night it's not likely to change. It's possible, but not extremely likely. So eat at night. Save calories to do so. Just as you are now. I enjoy eating at night. Always have. Always will most likely. So I eat 75% of my calories…

Sounds like a possible drop in blood sugar to me. But I'm not a medical professional. My advice, have breakfast or a small snack tomorrow morning and keep drinking the water.

Medications can have a huge impact on food taste. Especially Metformin, or so I'm told. The only medication I have is an Albuteral inhaler so no issues here. Unfortunately most all food tastes good to me, lol. Hence the problem :D

I weigh less as the day goes along. The exact opposite of most people. I weighed at 6am this morning before work and weighed again at 8:30pm when I got home from work. 4lbs less tonight. I bank calories for "cheat" meals. So I'm not truly cheating as I stay in deficit. You also must decide if it's really, really worth it when you have to severely restrict 3-4 days to "pay" for it.
