Girl YES! I've been the same exact way! Thank you for sharing that with me cuz there's days I definitely do feel alone in this. Sending you positive vibes as well!

I have never thought of it that way! Thank you for that advice! It makes alot of sense and makes me feel less down on myself.
-
Meeee! I'm 5'3 and trying to lose 30lbs
-
I'm 25! I often feel that way too, but in the end we are all here for the same thing ☺️

That's a good way of looking at it @victoria_1024 ! I've heard of having a "cheat" day once a week so I figure that can be my day. I'm not going to go all crazy, still going to stick to my plan, but I'm not going to beat myself up if I go over on calories. Just going to put in an extra great workout after :)

OMG I have never thought of it that way! Thank you for that! That's sooo true. I'm an idiot lol
-
Thank you everyone for the advice and comments. I have a habit of comparing how fast his body and my body are to losing weight or getting in shape but like many of you said, I shouldn't be doing that. I know everyones body is different, it's just a bad habit of mine to get a little bit of jealousy cuz he makes it look so…

Hi everyone! Going to add you all. Good to know I'm not the only mommy with this issue. Would love to motivate others as well as get motivated!

I've seen either the wraps or all of these waist trainers but that looks harmful to your insides and uncomfortable :/ not going to lie, I do get the urge to try it but I'm glad I'm hearing the negatives about it. I appreciate all of the honesty! Definitely going to do things the old fashioned way.
-
That's how I'm feeling. I love to workout and I'd be so proud to get my results from doing things the old fashioned way and not from help of the latest "trend".
-
I am sooo glad I asked this question. Just saved $25! Thank you everyone
-
Thank you!! That's exactly what I was thinking would happen. To get results that fast seemed kinda fishy to me

:D

Oh you two, behave
-
Right there with you! Turning 25 this August and looking to lose 32lbs hopefully by then. Going to add you!
-
I'll friend you! Looking for the same thing :)
-
Welcome! I started using this for the first time a few days ago as well. I'm also a stay at home mom. I'll add you!
-
Definitely going to try this for my cravings! Thanks!

I think I put up with it for so long (I've been with my bf for 7yrs) that they thought I was okay with it. It wasn't until recently I started opening my mouth and would tell them as best I could that I was really full or I'm trying to lose weight. They are all on the thick side so for them to hear I'm trying to shed some…

Thank you everyone! I just don't want to offend them but I don't want to give them the power to make me feel guilty for not pigging out either. Definitely going to try and stay within my calorie goal for the day but if I do go over, I'll put in a hard workout that night like you all said. Appreciate the help!

1.) "I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday" 2.) "When you feel like quitting, think about why you started." Those are two quotes that have been helping me. You have done a GREAT job so far. Don't feel discouraged, feel PROUD. Keep going and you will succeed even further.

Yup! 6 lbs. No exercise and nothing but fatty foods. I'm Mexican and my bf is black and our families make THE most fattening delicious foods as you can imagine. Hard to diet when there is Sunday dinners every week and they make a feast every time. Every week is a holiday

Thank you everyone! Going to add you now
-
@amgjb i did twice but for some reason its not showing. It only shows when I'm editing my profile?
-
Good job!! Just keep at it

Just joined!

Same here! August is my goal month to lose 32lbs. Going to add you rn :)
-
Same here! I don't have really anyone but my best friend and bf to motivate me and get in the health kick with me because everyone I know is either thin or they are always telling me "you don't even need to lose weight. You are so thin already. Shut uppp" It gets so frustrating because for me, I'm at the heaviest I've ever…

@CanaDana11 don't worry I'm the same. I've talked to many people and they said it's okay to still eat what you want as long as they are small portions and you counteract them with healthy foods as well and exercise. So that's what I'm keeping in mind because I also feel sick. I don't go to the gym for that same reason. So…

I can definitely relate! I am addicted to pizza and pasta. Its only been a day and my body is already craving all the junk I usually put into it everyday. I am trying to teach my body portion control and to just flat out eat healthier. I started working out yesterday and woke up sore in the areas I worked out and it felt…
