Don't quit, it takes time. I started last year on January 4th, didn't start seeing results till mid February. I started off at 1200, then after a few months i upped my intake. Now I take about 2500 calories a day by eating at my "normal". I manage to stay in the 175 to 185 window, which I'm totally okay with. Thanks very much :)

November 2016 Maintaining my weight has been successful so far. I'm 177lb currently. Here's a facial comparison between Summer 2015 and Fall 2016 My physique is more and more toned every month. Loose skin isn't much of a problem for me despite losing as much as I did.

Okay, so based on my measurements, I have approximately 9.3% body fat. Found out how much I need to take. I work out 6 days a week, so this really did help. Thank you, everyone!
