My Progress As It Goes (Pics)

For those of you who feel that you can't do it...

Head Colds and Fitness...
Okay, so I have a head cold. My sinuses are acting up, and my allergies are a mess. I don't want to not work out, though. Any tips to be able to work out without over-exhausting one's self during a cold? I don't wanna have trouble breathing because that would be counter productive... Thanks for the help!

I start my strength training today. I would like to know if anyone can help...
I want to train different parts of my body on different days, followed by one rest day per week. Can anyone give me any tips? I plan on starting that today. I've been a cardio bunny for the last two months, and want to work on losing my weight, but not having loose skin.

Lost 15lb from Jan 4 to Feb 4
I'm so excited. The shirt I'm wearing and pants didn't fit last month, and now they fit comfortably. I went from 38x32 to 36x30 in pants, and 2XL to XL in shirts. I'm ecstatic! I'm at 275 now. I was 290lb when I started. January 4th February 4th
