My name is Gabriel, I'm 22 years old at 290lb 6'2". :c

I actually have been working at a 1,700 calorie diet with cardiovascular workout during the day. I also want to watch for carbs and sodium. I'm new at this, and started on the 4th.

Any one have good ideas for affordable, but nutricious meal plans? I do not want to add any GM foods to my diet for obvious reasons.
I'm checking MyFitnessPal regularly, so I'll check to see what you guys gotta say. :)
