My calories vary,roughly between 1500-2000. I dont get off until 7 in the evening so I have to eat a loate dinner. You guys are awesome, I really appreciate the advice. So, what are some good food items that are full of protien I can eat on my break at work?

I don't need to eat but breakfast is the most important.

I sleep like 10 hours a night. I get off at 7 and I'm asleep by 10 or 10:30 and don't have to be up until 8am, sometimes I think I sleep too much!

All I do is run on the treadmill and use the elliptical some, too. Nothing extensive.

I don't have a lot of time before work, usually cereal or yogurt. I drink about 4 bottles of water while I'm at work. I just can't seem to stay energized.

I unfortunately live in an area with extremely bi-polar weather. I dont plan to purchase either of the above , treadmill or elliptical but where I work has both in the training room but that is all they have. I use both but I feel like the elliptical does more for me. I will look into the items to help moitor my heart…

I have a friend who is a personal trainer and she swears by all things crossfit. I first need to lose weight and get my body comfortable with all the extensive things. I do life but I dont get to go as often as I like, my work schedule works against me. I just really need some tips!

We have a YMCA, but, it definitely isn't the best. I live in a small town and they don't invest a lot of money into it!

Lol. I do squats & other things, too. I just need something for cardio that isn't going to send me into cardiac arrest from my irregular heart beat. I can handle a lot, honestly it just makes me nervous when my heart rate is over 200.

The reason I ask, I also want my legs and things to shape up as well. I dont feel like I am doing as much on the treadmill, compared to the elliptical, but I do have an issue with my heart that causes my heart rate to go well over 200 when using the elliptical on just level 5.
