Based on what your posts say (you're burning 800 calories beyond you 2 lbs/ week rate), you'd expect to lose about 3.6 pounds per week, 1.6 from your 800*7 = 5600 calories of exercise. None of the wrist-based trackers are very accurate. I cared much more about the HR monitoring aspect (for purposes of determining workout calories) than the daily activity tracking. Full fat plain greek yogurt with some fruit (Fresh, or cooked for 10-15 mins on the stove with a little bit of sugar). I use less if I'm using the cooked fruit.
