I'd stick with the keto .. try researching the whoosh effect. Your probably still losing but your body is resisting the collapse of cells. Hang in there and the scales will plummet unexpectedly.. I'm doing keto myself ð

Im 46 and have about 20lbs (10 kg) to lose. I'm a human yo-yo losing and gaining the same 10kg over and over and over again ðĪŠ Its definitely getting harder as I age .. I'd love to become friends with others who can help keep me motivated ð

I am a human yo-yo, I lose weight then binge and gain it back REPEAT, REPEAT, REPEAT lol I don't know how to maintain... it seems as soon as I hit my goal I lose all self control. I'm hopeless ð

My diet consist of fresh meat, low starchy vegetables and eggs, dairy. I try to keep my carbs to 20grams a day or under 10%. I enjoy it and find im not obessing over what I can eat next, for the first time in my life.

Ive only been on this way of life for 2 months and weightloss has been slow and steady ( just under 6 kilos ) ... but about the past 2 weeks i noticed a dramatic difference in the way my clothes look and fit, others have started commenting too. I have about 10 kilos left that Id like to lose.

Linia I totally agree with you, I incorporate vegetables into my meals but staying away from carbs helps me to feel satisfied, without all the cravings I usually had. It works for me
