Keto

I’ve been staying Keto for three months and it’s going great. I started off as obese for my height and have lost 32 lbs, and have another 15 to 20 that I could stand to lose to hit my ideal BMI.

Recently though- I’ve hit a plateau. With a 1200, 1400, and 1600 calorie a day diet, while hitting my macros, and calorie/fat/protein percentages I’ve either gained weight or stayed the same.

My work outs are mostly cardio, and I burn between 500-800 a day there. I work at a desk, but can usually sneak in a few walks up and down my 5th story office during the day.

It’s only when seriously cutting calories that I can really lose weight now. Can anyone give me some insight on how to get back on track with a healthy diet that still gets results?

I'd stick with the keto .. try researching the whoosh effect.
Your probably still losing but your body is resisting the collapse of cells. Hang in there and the scales will plummet unexpectedly.. I'm doing keto myself 😊
