Thanks jack, I've been using the high 5 zero stuff but just brought some prolong from my protien it's basically the same stuff but with a small amount of protien in it aswell. Just wanted to know if I'm on the right track. As long distance work is still kind of new to me. Thanks for your reply

Thanks for the reply, yes that's kind of what I wanted to here, I've read up lots about herbalife and that's the kind of conclusion I had come too but wanted to check in case I had got it wrong. Lots of people in my area are using it but to me it seems far too expensive. Thanks for the advise

Wow not herbalife lovers on here then, I'm not here to fight their corner just having a read. I know plenty of people in my area that use herbalife and have done well on it. The only shake I drink is the my protien one which is half the money

I'm losing 2/3 lbs a week

I don't go to the gym but do some hiit sessions at home with light dumb bells and ride a mountain bike cross country trail riding sort of thing. And having protien shakes for breakfast and lunch protien snakes in-between and a healthy dinner so around 120g /150g protien 100g carbs

I understand they are out up to 5% (or so I was told) my problem I have according to the scales is my weight is coming down and so is my muscle mass but my bf is staying roughly the same give 1 or 2 % each week
