Hi all my New Yorkers, I'm from Queens section in NYC. I'm not so much focused on losing weight, more focused on toning and being overall stronger. I'm 5'6 and weigh 153/154. Not counting calories right now, just eating a lot better.. I workout to music as well... Meghan Trainor to Bruno to DMX lol. Lets all keep going…

Alcohol, guilty pleasure. I use to drink every other day usually wine. I've cut to maybe a drink or 2 on the weekend. Just think red wine has health benefits. I figure I'd rather stress drink than stress eat, lol

I'm 37 5'6" Highest 175 (June 2014) Current 162 Goal 150ish-- Although I'm not focusing so much on losing weight as I am getting toned and being overall healthier. Right now I'm counting my calories and working out 2-3x a week.
