LOL, I used to do that! Now I do that with a T of almond butter :D

I didn't want to take the Yohimbe because of the warnings about having anxiety, I have panic attacks and wanted to steer clear of anything that might have an adverse effect. Thanks for your help, I appreciate the perspective.

Thanks for the response. My diet is on point. I consume either close too or under my goal each day and never feel the need to eat back some, or all, of my exercise calories. I strength train 2 days a week, upper and lower body, and cardio 5 days a week. I drink a ton of water, watch my macros and eat a variety of…

I use this one and I find it to be very accurate (it doesn't cost a lot either) http://www.amazon.com/Etekcity-Digital-Weight-Bathroom-Scale/dp/B00F3J9G1W

Try reverse crunches, planking, strengthening your core and lower back. Not to be snarky about it but you could always google it.

I'd like to know also... Shocker, I don't like bacon and can only eat so much salmon. What about cheese?

Good for you! Use that victory to help keep you going, you are worth this!
-
It's not going to help, except make your figure look different in your clothes.

W/o reading through everyone's back and forth posts, what I would do is get some ankle weights, ones where you can add to them as your fitness level goes up. Also, maybe some hand weights and swing your arms a bit more when you stride.

Just saw a commercial for a Minion game that I might check out, it looked cute.

Try a cup of coffee or green tea. It will give you a jolt, but not enough to make you jittery like pre-workout supplements and 'energy' drinks.

What I do is portion out what you think the serving size should be, like 1 1/2 cups, using a measuring cup into a separate container until you empty the crock pot, and that would give you how many portions it makes.

I just made some really good mini-meatloaves with ground turkey. A good website to check out is skinnytaste.com

Tightened my fitbit strap 2 notches today! It's 2 holes away from switching to the small one, woo!

I buy the snack size zip lock baggies and slice up a banana and put a half of it in a baggie and freeze them. When I want a sweet creamy treat, I'll grab a bag and eat them frozen... so good.

My recipe for slow cooker steel cut apple pie oatmeal... SO good!

Hi guys! I'm on a serious journey to loose weight, but my main goal is to be healthy - which includes exercise and proper nutrition. Motivational friends are always welcome, and I'm a pretty good cheerleader.

I agree, your body needs nutrients. If you truly can't eat more, take a multi-vitamin to help. Try bringing snacks with you, nuts, fruit, things that are portable and don't take a lot of time to eat, or ones that you can graze on throughout your shift. I can't live without coffee either, but I also drink a glass of water…

I don't know if this will help you but I went and got some high-quality fat burning supplements. I took them back. I read the fine print, and didn't like the side-effects and the health risks involved. Granted, I have some health issues and was concerned about interactions/exacerbation, but if your in perfect health you…

Absolutely it's ok. I have an autoimmune disease, and some days I can only do 5 min. at a time, but spaced throughout the day, my totals add up. It doesn't matter how long your endurance is at this point, it's the exercise that's important. Do what you can do, when you can do it and build from there.

This x1000%

I hate it so much. I far prefer the recumbent bike at my gym, I can go faster with more resistance, and with my awesome playlist blasting I don't keep an eye on the time like I do on the treadmill.

Try eating 1/2 cup of frozen grapes, or greek yogurt. There's always air popped popcorn.

Massive HUG. You are not alone in this. Many people feel as you do, have similar struggles, but it's how you get through them that's the important thing. It sounds like your fed up, good, use it. If things seem too big to tackle, start by making small changes until those big things aren't big anymore. Find a good…

Yes, you should log them... log everything. Not only do they have calories, but fiber which is one of your macros. I log everything, including the vitamins and supplements I take. It's good to look back and see where you've been and how you can refine.

Ezekiel bread is so good for you. I usually have a slice in the afternoon. Toasted with a tablespoon of almond butter and some sugar free strawberry jam... SO good!

Then maybe you can take my words for advice and apply it in the future.

Check out www.labdoor.com They are an independent company that does blind testing on a lot of things, like protein powders, supplements, green tea, creatine, etc. https://labdoor.com/rankings/protein Their highest rated protein powder can be found on Amazon, or you can buy directly from Labdoor. I personally use it…

I call b/s on this. If you love them THAT much, then you will have a talk with them and voice your concerns because you don't want it coming between the two of you. If you don't like the way your spouse looks, and keep quiet about it, resentment can grow, which leads to a whole other can of worms. Besides, ever hear of…

Does it work for you? I've also been recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and wonder if there's an alternative for me other than another infusion drug.
