I've been on MFP for 2 months, the first month I lost 9lb and the 2nd I lost 6lb, I have 40-50lb to loose

I only use coconut oil, 5g to cook mushrooms -oh the smell :) I also use it in my actifry, 10g is enough for two people. It's only 46 calories per 5g. :)

I'm not too big 38C but because I've lost a lot of fat from my bust plus being 44 and breast feeding 2 kids mine are a bit wibbley wobbley, I bought Shock absorber running bra's and nothing moves and no more pain.

I do 2 or 3, 45min classes 5 days a week, I swim 4 days for 45-60mins and I have just started doing Park Runs on a Saturday morning (5K). I'm a really slow runner due to hypermobility in my hips, so my PB IS 37.37. Sunday is rest day.
