I have a fitbit zip and love it. It really helps me stay on track and put in a few extra steps if I find myself short of my daily goal. I also like how it syncs itself with mfp.

Heck Yeah. That's awesome. Being accountable with your CICO using MFP has been a huge game changer for me too. I'm down about 11 pounds in a month! I've been using a fitbit. It really motivates me to walk more and it great for my dog also.

I use whey protein powder in my smoothies for breakfast everyday and have been consistently losing weight.
