  • Glute exercises less cardio and eating right makes a butt and yes you can do that in 6 months if you do strictly just butt exercises 4 days a week..

Too much cardio is counterproductive in gaining a bigger booty. You need to eat more, to build muscle , focus on many glute exercises while also working other muscle in your legs..…
