If you find something boring, change it.

15k run today, have also managed not to demolish all the snacks afterwards

I’m training for an ultra too. A few days to recover beats an injury every time.

Can’t help with the ins and outs of sports bras but cycling may be what you are looking for. Plenty of second hand bikes on eBay, and lots of cheap (and flattering) gear. Also excellent exercise.

It never gets easier, you just get quicker

Really good running, well done Just a note on hydration. If you are running less than an hour, leave the water at home. It's much more beneficial to hydrate before you run. Keep going!

The single best thing you can do is stop smoking

Be careful stretching cold muscles. Slow jog for a few mins only, deep breath, start.

Wireless are great for running, but they will break/be lost at some point, so go cheap. £20 on Amazon gives plenty of choice

Get up earlier, do more? If takes a while to see results.

Maybe find an exercise you enjoy. If you loathe something, you won't stick at it

Im nearly 4 months in to my quit. Every one is different but for me, I started a serious amount of exercise as well. Try wanting a cigarette after an hour of working out. It really helped. In time, feeling fitter adds a weight to your quit, you think why would i want to go back?

Hi Xtina315, Brisk walking, 20 mins so start, will help. Don't go crazy

Hi all. Just reading some very inspirational posts, and also good to know its not just me obsessing over running So, here is my month so far here in the UK. Plan is 1,000k in 2016 (YTD is now 252 so on schedule. I have been off work since Christmas but start a new job tomorrow, so will have a lot less time to run :o(.…

Hi. I run a bit, and most of the challenge is mental, not physical. Build up your run length slowly each week (extra 10% maximum, don't go nuts), drink well, enjoy the scenery, and before you know it you will be there. I find running with others very motivational- maybe try and find a local 5k run to try? Oh and Good luck!

Look for an activity that needs a team. Rowing, Hockey are my suggestions Good luck with your course

It's a very interesting question with no right or wrong answer. All depends on your values and also the needs of the family For me, part of being a father is being a role model for betterment and my job helps in this. My wife works part time and, for us, this is a good balance

I think thats definitely a question for your Doctor. Sorry about your news though. My (limited) understanding is that exercise can help your condition
-

Tracking calories both taken on and burned is really helping me. Takes the guess work out of it :0)
