Ashtanga yoga definitely, can get a bit extreme and my instructor picked on me being a bloke in an all lady group but massively improved flex and definition and came out of sessions busted, you do feel like you walk taller with better posture too- give the hammy a roll first

Stick to your cal target but ensure you get some exercise bonus cals every day if possible, and get the % protein up! This way you'll not be hungry/feel great and hit your goal,

yeah saw all of he fads on breakfast TV last week, this was one - pretty sure hot water with lemon etc does same without the grimacing, but then like a lot of things it can be psychosomatic so what ever is genuinely working, go for it - except for drinking your own wee- we don't need to know that R
