I'm maintaining and my calories are 1490 without exercise.(weekly) I eat treats Daily ( i have a soft spot for Hershey & recess individual serving pies and dairy queen) However I do not allow myself to touch them until i exercise I earn up to 1800-2000 calories with exercise, if i don't exercise I don't get my treats Keeps…

Calorie dense healthy foods like nuts, avocado, Natural peanut butter ect.

I feel angry that I left myself get that way at first but then I realized who i was then was so much a part of getting me to who i am now. I love myself then because it made me into who i am today, without being where i was i would not know the feeling of success and achievement.
