So I've decided so do fresh or frozen stuff that way there isn't as much sodium in them. I can get my has on fresh frozen produce from the summer so that should help too. I'm trying guys it's hard and confusing still but all new. I appreciate everything that's been said and recommended. Thank you

I never thought eating would be so hard lol.

It's not just that I'm not getting enough calories. I'm not fueling my body enough. I want to make healthy choices and lose weight by doing it.

If I don't force myself to eat something than I only take in 700 calories or so. Or eat one small thing. I think I would lose weight if I actually ate.

Right now I'm forcing myself to eat. I forget to eat or don't realize I haven't eaten and it will be 1 or 2 in the afternoon.

Burritos are yummy. Any recommendations on what to try that are simple to make. Sadly I've never actually made one.

There are days that I only eat 700-1300 calories and foods just doesn't sound good. I guess you could say I'm ignorant on what to eat and fill me up. I definitely don't get enough protein any recommendations?

I definitely like the to go snacks. Right now I have premade trail mix that I divided up and pack. How do I make protein and energy bars?
