Hey. My name is Lance. I ran a full marathon last March, and I am running a half this March. I've been a little all over the place when it comes to routines, and it was not until recently that I set up an actual workout routine. I've been sticking to smaller races such as 10ks and lower. The upcoming half marathon is a…

I use google maps to map out the distance. Then I time my run. It is an annoying in the beginning, but once you establish a routine, it is not a problem

Passing on a full marathon this year after last years stress fracture. Going to do a half in March though, so I'm aiming for around 75-100 miles this month. Got a small 5k in two weeks also. If anyone is so doing the freezer burn 5k in Virginia beach, good luck to you!

Good luck with your races! I'm sure you will be able to run a half considering you have already done a 10 mile race.

I would be ecstatic if I could get that size, but as a runner it is highly unlikely. Do you do much cardio? I'm aiming for a triathlete routine these days.

Running is amazing at burning stomach fat. Do not run for more then 30 minutes though unless you have ingested quite a bit of protein. Running longer than 30 minutes starts to burn muscle. Most people hate it, but, if you can get yourself to run a mile or two a day, you will see drastic changes. (With a diet of course)

Not trying to lose a lot of weight, but I am trying to stay in shape! I'll be supportive to anyone who needs it.
