Congrats! I quit in June last year, though had a few slip ups over the xmas period. Still using nicotine lozenges which I'm planning to quit at the end of this month - I'm hoping it wont be too hard.

Having the same issue - showed as 500 cal adjustment earlier, which is correct,but now showing as -79 and putting me in the red. Grrr!

chewing gum, tea (track the added milk though), I have weighed salad stuff before so I just use the same weights every time I track as the cal difference would be minimal, water, salt&pepper.

Daily, but I only record it on a Friday - thats my 'official' weigh day. It definately spurs me on if I see a loss, though it also gets me frustrated if I don't. I have really tried not to weigh daily, but I just can't - I got's to know!
