I'm a serial starter!! I'm so motivated for a while and when I fall of it's a serious crash and burn. It's time to fix some of these bad habits mental transformation will create physical change.

Woke up and worked out. Nothing tough, just a little something to get the day started ( I'm not a morning person)

I didn't really make one this year. I decided I will eat carbs and train to eliminate them. Work out goal for the last year is fitness at least 3 times a week. I usually do 5 but I don't feel bad when I do only three. Building mental strength is where I need to be.

Something small. An apple or banana. Then I would eat a larger meal after.

I add honey and fruit sometimes

I add it to smoothies. Or use mine as an option for sour cream when making tacos or wrapped sandwiches.

Snack: Boiled egg, unsalted nuts/seed mix, veggies sticks, baked veggie fritters.

Cabbage reves the metabolism to the max I eat it everyday almost. I mix It up and make sure I get protein as well. It works.

Measure yourself instead. So.e times the priority is that we drop the fat and slim out but that doesn't mean you will weigh less.

Speaking from personal experience. This also isn't right. If I eat all processed meals vs plant based and have the same caloric intake. I will lose more weight with plant based. I just watched it happen 2015. Then I changed my diet in January eating more plant based food.

Yes this is a tough battle. Weight loss at any stage is something. It makes me realize how we treat our weight is exactly how we treat our lives. This just reminds me also not to let go of my goal even in those low spots or when food tastes way too good (which is my problem) can't wait to see what's to come in the future.…

I'm not a vegan or vegg. I just mostly eat like this out of pure laziness. And I am not a fan of meat but I will eat it because of mineral and vitamin absorption. I love these suggestions all are very helpful. Now that I'm am counting calories I have not had a large appetite. And I need to get some more food in. Thanks!!
