What to eat when travelling

I'm cabin crew... looking for any tips of what food I could take 1- on board so no liquids and what I can take down with me to have in my hotel room for snacking x

I always take protein bars when I'm traveling. I'm vegetarian, so I can't count on getting a decent meal in an airport.0

This was one of my biggest struggles when I “came back” to re-lose the weight I’d lost before. I’m not cabin crew but I felt like it at times, traveling 75% for work had me gone 3 weeks a month most times this year. I usually travel with a nut mix (cashews/almonds) this is fairly filling but can be high calorie if you have a really low daily caloric intake. I also like to bring boom chicka pop...that stuff is really good and has barely any calories for what you’re eating. Granola bars are always good and not messy...I got addicted to these grown up fig newtons in my office when I was working out of the Ames office for a week and they had them there...Nature’s Bakery whole wheat bars...I like the blueberry ones but they come in a variety of flavors, strawberry, raspberry, apple cinnamon, straight fig I think? Really good and filling as well.
Also, if you’re going to grab Starbucks in the airport but don’t like black coffee but don’t want something super sugary, the violet drink is a good alternative...the grande is only 110 calories...it’s the berry hibiscus refresher and coconut milk mixed and it’s great

Breakfast bars, raw almonds, beef jerky, and parmesan crisps from Costco are my traveling go-tos for plane and hotel snacking. Easy to portion and not too bulky in the carry-on.
For a larger meal while in-flight I'll usually stick with something easy to eat one-handed without a ton of mess. Usually a basic turkey and cheese wrap (or similar) from one of the shops/kiosks at the airport. Maybe a small cup of guacamole or hummus to dip it in.1 -
When I travel I usually bring beef jerky, roasted pumpkin seeds, washed snap peas and carrots.0

Snack: Boiled egg, unsalted nuts/seed mix, veggies sticks, baked veggie fritters.
