Im having this problem as well right now. I've lost 25 pounds so far. My VSG was on 12/21. I haven't lost anything since 1/8. I have actually gained 1 pound in the past 2 weeks! Idk what's going on. I've increased physical activity and am on point for protein. I hope I start losing again soon.

Thanks! I'm still trying to figure this out lol. Both WLS recovery and using MFP. One concern I have is that I haven't lost a single pound since January 8. I've actually gained a pound! I weigh myself every Friday.

Hello. I'm 4 weeks post op and finally feeling better about having the VSG. The first three weeks were really hard for me both physically and mentally.I actually regretted having the surgery. It feels like time is going by so slow.
