Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack but I try to stay around 1000-1200 calories. I always eat when I'm hungry but try to monitor it.

My scale only moved .4 oz in the past 5 days. I have 10 more pounds to go. I try to stay around 1200 calories a day and not to go under 1000 but it varies. 1 cup of cheerios with 2% milk or whole wheat english muffin with a small amount of jelly & i can't believe it's not butter.

Thank you for the advice and encouragement. I'm not one for patience but I don't want to have to do this again. At least not this much. It is hard making the lifestyle change with my food!!

I weigh daily. I'd like to do only do it once a week but I'm impatient & still trying to make adjustments to my diet. I still have a few more pounds to go.
