I'm Melissa. I am on yet another diet. Right now I am just pretty much counting calories, drinking water or tea that is 0 calories. I've tried almost every diet I read about so this time around, I'm just counting calories the best that I can. Now I am logging in to myfitness pal and try to track my food intake a lot better. I've tried the cabbage diet, flat belly diet (I was successful a few years ago), Weight Watchers online and several others. So I'm more than half way to my goal weight but these last 10-15 might be a challenge.

It truly is the best way to do it because you can easily make it a lifestyle change (which is what you want). Just remember, as you only have 10-15 to lose it will take time. Don't go trying to lose a pound a week, you gotta chisel away slowly. Good luck.0

Thank you for the advice and encouragement. I'm not one for patience but I don't want to have to do this again. At least not this much. It is hard making the lifestyle change with my food!!0
