I had counselling once for weight and they told me not leaving any food or eating kids left overs usually stems from Childhood mums telling us to eat everything as we've not much money or you won't get anything else Squirt washing up liquid on it as soon as they finish eating

I weigh less at 12pm than 8am always do He just needs to weigh a set day and time as your looking for a loss so in the end it will be goal

I did vlcd many times meal replacements on 650 calories I returned to calorie counting 1400 a day and lost weight so I don't think 1100 would effect you too much then upping it to 1500 but we are all different

There's no starvation mode otherwise there'd be no anorexics Your body may at first hold onto fat water if it thinks your starving yourself but that doesn't last long

You have to do this as you know you can and as long as you log everything you can eat your proper allowance don't set it at 1200-1300 and then not log everything as it'll still show up on the scales Set it at the right amount and eat under that the hardest days will still need logging so to speak
