I was having rarely any problems in keto for a month or two then bam ibs d flared up I think it’s cream and peanut butter also worse at ladies time of the month and veg but everything’s worth trying Thankyou

Yes I’ve done FODMAP and been hospital had tests etc they said my bowels are very very sensitive to food and sadly it’s a case of I can’t eat much of anything so it triggers a flare up if I do that’s why keto for me is best as your not hungry Also yoyo dieting has messed my body up so I can’t eat much or I won’t lose…

Yes I’ve done ‘dieting’ 30 years and to years yoyoing as hungry and keto I don’t yoyo on Yes I know ibs is complex and I have seen Doctors done tests and FODMAP I’m just disappointed it’s flared up again Thankyou for your help

Umm I said I do keto and count calories ??? Unsure of what your reply means it’s not helpful and having ago at me. I have 1200 calories a day that’s not the issue I’m losing weight the issue is ibs. Thanks

Add me i do keto it’s helped my IBS 90% and lose weight with no hunger most days I lost a lot weight last year then too many social events Christmas so I gained a shed load water so back in it this week I’m down 43 lbs 57 lbs to my lowest weight in 20 years

I could do with some active keto mfp buddy's I cleared most my mfp friends as most were inactive or against keto except a couple so anyone like a new mfp keto friend please add new one still got 49 lbs left to GO
