Don't forget our body's get used to what we do and I only add exercise I do not any household chores or I'd have tons calories

I set it at sedentary then eat 1/2 exercise calories not housework etc but any exercise that is more than usual housework etc Then eat only upto 1/2 your exercise calories back I do this as it's really hard to know our real activity level

I'd aim at 0.5-2 lbs a week don't push yourself to harshly as its a lifestyle change 100lbs took a while to come on sadly it takes longer usually to get it off Our bodies will only do what they want tbh I'd aim for 5-7 lbs a month thats 45-49 lbs then next year you'll be at goal

I've had the Fitbit zip flex charge and now I've the blaze The blaze is good bit bulky though I get annoyed though when 10 minutes to the next hour it tells me to get my steps in especially when I can't as I'm working haha
