I was doing a 6-8 hour window long before i knew it actually had a name. It works for me but I know it's not for everyone. I always reach my daily calorie goals. Thinking IF promotes against this is nonsense.

I own five of her dvds now but only really like the five boosted miles. I do it several times a week along with the biggest loser four mile power walk. I really take advantage of the music only option though cos I find her quite annoying on my more cranky days.
