I have a gym membership but I never go because there's always an excuse so i prefer using the treadmill because there's no excuse not…

What about walking in the shopping mall or even ikea? If you are gonna use the treadmill try making it more exciting by watching your favourite tv show. Or playing with the inclines and having a reward at every 15 minute interval such as drinking water
