i go for the classes . different classes for different purposes, EG// weights, cardio, yoga etc. and so i don't have to come up with my own workout, i just monkey-see, monkey-do for an hour :) routines change every 4 weeks so it's not boring .

my life changed when i moved from 1200 calories to 1400 calories for the better . i was no longer starving and had space for snacks, an apple or a biscuit when i liked . because 1200 calories is basically 400 calories each meal with zilch space for snacks . i prefer 3 meals and 2 snacks . i'm living on the edge, baby ! haha

OMG there's this recipe that calls for cream cheese mixed with jalapeños and cheddar cheese . and then roll them into balls . and put them inside balls of beef mince . and then flatten them on the grill to become a pattie . and then put it in a burger with whatever you like . i had that, that SUCKED ! and NOTHING but a high dose of insulin would lower my levels first thing in the morning . i tried not eating after 5pm, exercising first thing in the morning, testing myself on different parts of my body ... glad i only had it for 1 out of 3 of my pregnancies . good luck !

i keep tubs of yoghurt in the fridge . when i open the fridge to find a munchie, the tubs of yoghurt are right there on the top in front of me . at 70 calories each, they're great . almost guilt-free, sweet, and can take me ages to eat if i use a small spoon hehe . plus i get me my shot of dairy :) fruit can go shoot…
