I'm not exactly low carb (mostly Primal), but my carb count is a lot lower than the typical American diet. Good luck with your goals, add me if you like.

I'm old (about to be 60), fat (213 lbs at 5'5"), but I absolutely refuse to be weak. I can't do anything about my age, but I intend to get rid of the fat, increase my flexibility, endurance, and strength.... Our diet is pretty much the same. If others can do it, why can't we? Add me if you like.

I'm turning 60 this year, and I'm determined to get rid of 70-75 lbs of fat! I know it's doable, I've seen others in our age bracket do it with great results. 4mic2 glad you're starting off with a bang. I just ordered it, so I should have it in a few days. Hoping it has some positive effect for strength and flexibility. Was it difficult starting?
