I didn't see any nutrition info on the menu. Is it true that scallops are a better choice than shrimp? I think I read that somewhere. Stuff like salad dressing is tricky, they can't reduce salt there. Do I just have to avoid sauces, condiments compeltely?

I wouldn't mind making my own, but hard to know how much sodium it yields. I have to put something in my ingredient list. I suppose it's a good bet its less than most boxed. When you say copy and paste to Excel, where are you copying from? I am looking at REPORTS and it shows a graph, one nutrient at a time. blech. In Food Summary I don't see any nutrient info. Found it!!! It's not on the phone app, but I was just poking around on the website and there was a scale with a "+" icon under my name on MyHome. Lot's of editing capabilities there.
