I was a boredom, emotional, stress and whatever else binge eater. I would eat at anything. Almost constantly. In my experience (and with others) it's definitely a viscous circle you have with yourself. You feel crap so you eat, then you're *kitten* off that you've not got the body you want or thought you had so eat again…

I'm career minded. I'm an engineer - so sitting at my desk all day. I make sure I'm active every hour and use my Fitbit to track that. I also commute 40-45 minutes each way and I still get at least an hour of exercise in a day - yesterday I was working out for over two hours. It all depends about how motivated you are to…

Good morning lovely! I'm calorie counting definitely - 1460 calorie aim each day... but I do have a deficit each day. I also work out 6 days a week - inteval training. Don't worry about your progress - everyone is different! I started at 124kg - quite a lot heavier than you. If we were to do the same body weight exercises…

I mean, people are lucky to have a gym close enough to them to walk/run/cycle. I chose my gym because it's a cheap price of £10 pm. I go every day without fail and do HIIT classes - yes I can do them at home, but I love the atmosphere at my gym, the PTs are wonderful and so friendly. I also will use the cardio machines…

These photos show the last two days. I've hit 15kg weight loss - 33lbs. So much further to go but I'm so happy with how my body looks now!

Aw thank you so so much

Thanks so much. I do high intensity interval training... It's the best if you're trying to lose weight as it gets your heart rate up really quickly then you recover and then get it up again it's great! Tabata, legs bums & tums and fat burn classes are great. I've started running for 15 mins a day too just to shred water…

Thank you lovely. I'm going to hit the treadmill this week on top on my classes to see how that goes. I definitely want to get swimming into my routine - it's just a nightmare having to wash and straighten my (very) curly hair again after :frowning: Thank you so much :-) You're doing great, almost 10kg over 2 months!…

Veliia - recently I've been going to the gym 6 times a week - I usually do a fitness class, be in Fat Burn, Tabata, Legs Bums & Tums and i tend to burn 300-500 cals per class. This week I've been running for 15 min on the treadmill too at just 7.5km/h which burns another 400-500 cals for me  Thank you all so so…

Aw thank you! I guess people lose from different places depending on what they do? I've worked out a hell of a lot to start shaping so even though I still have fat, I'm building muscle at the same time
-
Tell me about it girl! I think if we hit the lower weight we would be able to snap in half! I'm not game for that! Haha. I'm quite athletic - I do a fair bit of sport and high intensity, high impact interval training at the gym - so I will always have muscle - while it looks great, it's a bain on the scale. But I'm just…
