Before running to surgery I would attempt attempt changing your lifestyle - start counting your calories and building healthy habits. As others have said - the surgery limits how much you eat. Self-control will give the same results, and be hella cheaper. And ya know what - if it doesn't work and you figure you need…

Work out your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure), google TDEE calculator. From this figure, take 500.... i.e. my TDEE average (I get my figure from fitbit) is 3000, so for me to lose weight I should eat 2500 calories. 1000 is the maximum deficit you should be in. Just be sure not to starve yourself. Like what has been…

Don't worry about the type of foods you eat nor the time - they'r both fitness myths. As long as you burn more calories than you eat you will lose weight :) Don't stress about how you look - everyone is different and everyone stores their excess fat differently. Once you lose that fat you shouldn't have the shape you do…

He taught me to fly gliders. His surname is Grey, my name is Anna. I'm pretty sure someone stole our story and changed the names slightly pahaha.

I have lost 5 stone in the space of 10 months (Jan to Oct last year) and I have since maintained my weigh (well, I've increased slightly as I do much more strength and weight training than before... I pretty much have man arms now haha). Anyway, the last could of weeks my "diet" hasn't been as…

The scale means absolutely nothing. I dropped down to 92kg but switch to weight training...I'm now 3kg heavier but dropped another dress size :)

Thanks so much! I honestly feel amazing! I've been mainly doing HIIT workouts which included push-ups, burpees, plank to push up, shoulder presses etc. There's a lot of way to work the upper body both with and without weight ☺️

Thank you so much, it really is as simple as having a calorie deficit. My journey is on instagram if you're on it -@fatasstofitlass My other tip would be to just be consistent and make little changes each time ☺️

Thank you all so much

Hey hey! I'm a midlands girl, feel free to add me! I've come back from sporting injuries and slowly progressing back into my sports picking up netball again and onto rugby this season! I'm currently at about 60% of my goal which was to lose 51kg. I've lost 31 to date so I'm on the finishing straight!

Thank you so much! I'm sure you look great! So I'm mainly doing body weight exercises. My squats are all done without weight although if I do use weight it's typically a 10/15kg kettlebell during a circuit. I do box jumps too - focusing on explosive strength over heavy weights. A lot of my shredding has come from running…

I do the HIIT classes at my gym. It actually doesn't matter what exercises you do in your HIIT workout... just make sure you put 100% into it! You can do anything from crunches, to planks, to fast high knees to squats. Once you're into it you can make the exercises more complex - squats to jumping squats. The best person…
