great point! I was definitely eating HUGE portions of meat... 100g of chicken looks about a fortth of what I used to plate up! portions portions portions!

thanks for the heads up on the diary settings! yeah been weighing and measuring everything within an inch of its life! the butter is "dairy blend salt reduced" i use a pre packaged 5g portion to make sure I cant go over (obessessed maybe?..) I dont use oil for cooking, I have a brill stone pan - but being in australia I…
