Instead of push-ups with burpees you could try a sprawl instead? That way you'll keep the momentum of the burpee?

Thanks for the advice! I'm am pretty mindful and do listen to my body mostly, but being a bit of a goal type person, I like to think into the future. That's right, but the effort to maintain as you get older, changes, so what do you need to do to maintain? It's it just the fact of continue to train but know that your metabolism changes as you get older?

I have....it wears you out! I'm pretty sure you work harder, but only if you focus to maintain the pace that you would do without it

Sounds like you are not getting enough calories...slow down your goal to lose weight and up your Hiit sessions and circuit training
