I have been using it for just one week, and already down 2.5 lbs. Of course remember, you need to exercise. I try to go to the gym (Planet Fitness) at least 3 times a week. Good luck, and stick with it and you will be surprised.

Add some rice to it and it would be amazing. Used to use rice with the meat mixture when making cabbage rolls.
