  • The scale has finally started to move but I’m leaving on vacation this morning. I know that I will want some cocktails.   • Yes, I’m a daily weigher. I do find it frustrating because of the fluctuations but I also thinks it holds me accountable. When quit weighing myself over the holidays the weight crept back quickly. I don’t trust myself without doing it.

  • One measly pound but I will take it. Tomorrow I am going to check out a gym. I would rather walk but I think I need to add some muscles to this old body.
